Drive business growth as a District Sales Manager at Statechemical. This role requires developing and maintaining a sales territory while learning the company's sales process.

About the Job

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team in this key position. As a District Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales growth targets through continuous growth in average order value, new agreement growth, and average orders per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed sales growth targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales personnel
  • Provide field supervision and development of new and veteran sales associates
  • Establish clear district goals and sales targets through business and territory planning
  • Maintain/build strong sales relationships with existing and new customers
  • Aid in the development of future Sales Managers through training assignments
  • Act as a liaison between field sales and company headquarters
  • Promote company marketing and promotional programs

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing)
  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Territory and district management expertise
  • Sales and interviewing skills, problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
