Regional Sales Director

Insight Global is seeking an experienced District Manager of Outside Sales for a leading human capital management client in Montreal. You will be responsible for selling HCM solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients in person and virtually.
This role requires strong consultative business skills, with the ability to build relationships with Chief Financial Officers, Human Resources and Payroll Administrators, Small Business Owners, and more at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses.
You must have at least 2+ years of experience in field sales within finance, business, banking or other related industries, as well as 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for running a full sales cycle from prospecting, vetting, presenting, and closing the deal, creating your own leads, and building out your own territory.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in both French and English, have access to a car and a valid driver's license, and possess a college degree. Background in managing client relationships with financial institutions and aptitude in employing consultative selling methodologies are also desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
