Job Title: Territory Account Manager

Kohl & Frisch Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team in Quebec. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our programs to independent retail pharmacies and growing our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and recruit new customers to expand our customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer relationships and track sales performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
