Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to promote Kohl & Frisch Limited programs to independent retail pharmacies in Quebec, resulting in increased market share. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing current business with ongoing customers by creating and managing a strong relationship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow Kohl & Frisch's market share in the independent market
  • Identify and recruit new independent pharmacies/customers and provide regular reporting on lead progression
  • Maximize purchases from existing customers by identifying opportunities and providing solutions
  • Provide account management and facilitate issue resolution through collaboration with internal departments
  • Stay up-to-date with industry/market knowledge and identify changes in the competitive landscape
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and maximize customer relationships
  • Ensure all primary accounts in the Quebec territory are compliant, profitable, and provided with effective support
  • Monitor secondary accounts for potential growth, minimum volume thresholds, and profitability
  • Maintain a consistent call cycle with all accounts within the designated territory
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience selling generic pharmaceuticals, wholesale services, and/or banner products to independent pharmacies is preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of pharmacy reimbursement and various banner/program models
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies to respond to changes in the marketplace
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers as well as internal partners
  • Willingness to travel 50%
  • Salesforce experience is an asset
