We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Brady Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our field selling resources across Canada, supporting our national sales strategy, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the expansion of Brady's field selling resources across Canada
- Support the national sales strategy and related efforts to convert market demand into relationships with end users and distributors
- Lead assigned territory managers in the region towards the accomplishment of key sales initiatives and sales goals
- Participate in product launches, trade shows, and conferences
- Provide regular field sales coaching and support ongoing structured training for assigned territory managers
- Assist the country manager with managing relationships with key end-users, channels, trade associations, and industry peers
- Manage price assurances, pricing contracts, promotions, and special programs associated with the territory managers
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Three years of outside sales experience
- Prior sales management experience or sales leadership
- Leadership skills in sales council, regional and national sales meetings, training exercises, and trade show support
- Experience with CRM/SalesForce, business analytics
- Mentorship experience within sales team
- Experience with coaching within a high-performance culture
- Ability to travel up to 40%, overnight travel included as needed
