About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Brady Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our field selling resources across Canada, supporting our national sales strategy, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the expansion of Brady's field selling resources across Canada
  • Support the national sales strategy and related efforts to convert market demand into relationships with end users and distributors
  • Lead assigned territory managers in the region towards the accomplishment of key sales initiatives and sales goals
  • Participate in product launches, trade shows, and conferences
  • Provide regular field sales coaching and support ongoing structured training for assigned territory managers
  • Assist the country manager with managing relationships with key end-users, channels, trade associations, and industry peers
  • Manage price assurances, pricing contracts, promotions, and special programs associated with the territory managers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Three years of outside sales experience
  • Prior sales management experience or sales leadership
  • Leadership skills in sales council, regional and national sales meetings, training exercises, and trade show support
  • Experience with CRM/SalesForce, business analytics
  • Mentorship experience within sales team
  • Experience with coaching within a high-performance culture
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, overnight travel included as needed
