Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administrator to join our team at Mainstreet Equity Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review turnover inspections and create budgets for capital renovation projects
* Assign projects to contractors and issue purchase orders
* Coordinate with regional managers and maintenance teams
* Schedule maintenance tasks and receive expense forms
* Process mileage expense submissions and create purchase orders
* Monthly and quarterly corrections for work orders
* Deliver daily, weekly, and seasonal updates and reminders
* Implement streamlined workplace processes
* Approve operations purchase orders
* Process invoices and ensure all POs are received
* Create a monthly on-call schedule with regionals
Requirements:
* Administrative work experience in residential property management or similar settings
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Knowledge of property management administration and RTA an asset
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
* Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
* Above-average problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Must successfully complete a security clearance
