Job Summary

EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Strategic Development Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development, while gaining valuable experience and skills in a fast-paced wholesale distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, including counter service, phone orders, and quotations.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving of products, as well as in-store product replenishment.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and sales skills to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Cultivate a proactive culture to support teammates and customers, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive key financial levers.

Requirements

  • College and/or University degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
