Base Salary Range

Our client is in search of a Creative Content Specialist who possesses innovative thinking and experience in the hospitality sector, along with a solid grasp of how to seamlessly weave sustainable messaging throughout various platforms. The Creative Content Specialist will take charge of producing written content for diverse formats including email, web, editorial, digital media, and social media channels. They will act as a brand advocate, ensuring that all produced content aligns with the company's values and effectively showcases the product offerings and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand advocate and ensure adherence to standards across all communication channels.
  • Create multimedia content that can be effectively utilized across all brand platforms including web/eCommerce, social media, digital media, reputation management, extranets, email marketing, and Google Business.
  • Design a social media content calendar, oversee, publish, and analyze social performance on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to proactively strategize and manage creative initiatives to promote the product range, company culture, and sustainability principles.
  • Ensure all creative content aligns with company branding and revenue objectives.
  • Update website copy as necessary, adhering to guidelines when inputting written and design elements into the web solutions platform.
  • Develop digital and blog content to enhance the company's SEO capabilities.
  • Assist in refreshing current product information across all available channels (PMS, Extranets, Websites, and Community Partners).
  • Provide creative assistance in crafting internal documents, newsletters, training materials, and SOP documents as required.
  • Investigate partnerships with other organizations to boost social engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a library of content assets.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of two years' experience in creative writing within the travel/hospitality sector. Familiarity with B Corporations and a solid understanding of how to effectively incorporate sustainable messaging across various platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in managing content calendars and social media platforms.
