About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our team at Project Growth. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and growth for our U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with our brand aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
  • Brand Presentation: Ensure all social media content reflects the high standards and sophisticated image of our brand.
  • Caption Writing: Craft engaging and on-brand captions that enhance social media posts and drive user interaction.
  • Hashtag Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant and trending hashtags that maximize content reach and engagement.
  • Content Calendar Development: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and strategic content distribution.
  • Scheduling and Posting: Handle the scheduling and posting of content across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage interactions by responding to comments and DMs, fostering a positive and engaging online community.

Qualifications
