Compensation Overview

Our client is in search of a Creative Content Specialist who is a visionary and innovative thinker with experience in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of how to seamlessly weave sustainable messaging across various platforms. The Creative Content Specialist will be tasked with producing engaging copy for a wide array of content types, including email, web, editorial, digital media, and social media channels. This role requires acting as a brand advocate, ensuring that all produced content aligns with the company's values and effectively promotes the product range and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Create multimedia copy that integrates effectively across all brand platforms, including web/eCommerce, social media, digital media, reputation management, extranets, email marketing, and Google Business.
  • Develop and manage a social media content calendar, overseeing publication and monthly reporting on social performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to strategically plan and execute creative initiatives that highlight the product range, company culture, and sustainability commitments.
  • Ensure that all creative content aligns with the company's branding and revenue objectives.
  • Update website copy as necessary, adhering to guidelines when inputting written and design content into the web solutions platform.
  • Produce digital and blog copy that enhances the company's SEO capabilities.
  • Assist in refreshing current product content across all available channels (PMS, Extranets, Websites, and Community Partners).
  • Provide creative support for internal documents, newsletters, training materials, and SOPs as required.
  • Explore collaborative opportunities with other organizations to boost social engagement.
  • Manage and curate a content asset library.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of two years' experience in creative writing within the travel or hospitality sector, with knowledge of B Corporations and sustainable messaging integration.
  • Experience in managing content calendars and social media platforms.
