Base Salary Range

Our client is in search of a Creative Content Specialist who possesses innovative thinking and experience in the hospitality sector, along with a solid grasp of how to seamlessly weave sustainable messaging across various platforms. The Creative Content Specialist will take charge of developing copy for diverse content types, including email, web, editorial, digital media, and social media channels. They are expected to act as a brand advocate, ensuring that all produced content aligns with company values and effectively showcases the product range and value proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand advocate and ensure adherence to communication standards across all channels.
  • Create multimedia copy that can be effectively utilized across all brand platforms, including web/eCommerce, social media, digital media, reputation management, extranets, email marketing, and Google Business.
  • Design a social media content calendar, oversee, publish, and analyze social performance on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to proactively strategize and manage creative execution to promote the product range, organizational culture, and sustainability principles.
  • Ensure that all creative content aligns with the company's branding and revenue objectives.
  • Update website copy as necessary, adhering to guidelines when inputting written and design elements into the web solutions platform.
  • Generate digital and blog copy to enhance the company's SEO capabilities.
  • Assist in refreshing current product content across all available channels (PMS, Extranets, Websites, and Community Partners).
  • Provide creative assistance in crafting internal documents, newsletters, training materials, and SOP documents as needed.
  • Investigate partnerships with other organizations to boost social engagement.
  • Maintain and manage a content asset library.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of two years' experience in creative writing within the travel/hospitality sector. Familiarity with B Corporations and a solid understanding of how to effectively integrate sustainable messaging across various platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in managing content calendars and social media channels.
