Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Business Growth Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and lead generation, looking to drive new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect List Curation: Curate targeted lists of ideal prospects and develop outreach strategies to effectively connect with potential clients.
  2. Appointment Setting: Reach out to prospects to set up appointments with our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  3. Sales Enablement: Utilize sales enablement tools and other platforms to identify, engage, and follow up with leads.
  4. Lead Generation: Explore creative and innovative ways to identify and engage with leads across various channels, driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
What Success Looks Like:
  1. Effective Prospecting: Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach and engagement.
  2. Successful Appointment Setting: Regularly set up high-quality appointments that lead to successful sales conversions.
  3. Innovative Lead Generation: Implement creative lead generation strategies that result in a growing number of business opportunities.
  4. Sales Growth: Contribute to the overall sales growth and success of the company through effective prospecting and lead engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on lead generation and prospecting.
