Profitable Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking talented and competitive Business Development Managers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Reporting to the VP of Sales, these BDMs will play a vital role in driving profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound engagement
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Identifying and developing sales prospects for closure
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly targets
- Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects
- Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Delivering effective online demos to prospects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements- Proven business development experience in the transportation industry (TL sales)
- A track record of exceeding quota targets
- Proficiency in corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
