Job Description: Account Growth Specialist

Lux Sales Consulting is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive account growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategy and tactics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, and provide coaching and guidance to clients on sales best practices and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customized sales strategies to drive account growth and revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and regular check-ins
• Provide coaching and guidance to clients on sales best practices and techniques
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales and client success
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
