Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and requirements
• Identifying sales prospects for further development and closure
• Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
• Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
• Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
• Collaborating with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Performing effective online demos to prospects
• Working with all departments during the onboarding of secured business

Requirements:
• Proven business development experience in the transportation industry (TL Sales)
• A track record of over-achieving quota
• Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
• The ability to manage time effectively and multi-task
• Effective teamwork skills
• The ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
• Strong communication, customer service, and computer skills

Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year
