Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Digital Business Growth Specialist to join our Field Operations Team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with new and established WSI partners, providing guidance on sales strategies, marketing tactics, and operational excellence. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them grow their businesses, refine strategies, and achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach new partners through the Training Program phases, ensuring they are well-prepared for launch.
  • Support and mentor established partners to enhance their business operations and growth.
  • Conduct sales calls with business owners and prospects to drive profitable revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and partners, facilitating resource sharing, best practices promotion, and business objective alignment.
  • Collaborate in developing marketing plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives for partner businesses.
  • Document all interactions, meetings, and site visits as required.
  • Offer consultation services to improve operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Utilize data analysis to track performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies that protect brand standards while boosting partner sales and profit.
  • Assist in the successful rollout and integration of system-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback for performance improvement and recognize partners' achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and consulting, with a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies
  • Certified coaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not essential
  • Prior experience in similar networks is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic, maximizing efficiency and meeting challenging goals
  • Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve objectives

Compensation:

This full-time remote position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
