Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and efficient Executive Support Specialist to join our team at SINO-CANADA INTERNATIONAL COURIER(N.A.) GROUP LTD.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and implement daily operations with minimal supervision
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior executives
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents in a timely manner
- Process mail and packages both physically and digitally
- Manage databases, update records and maintain accurate files
- Collaborate on the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and newsletters
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- Some experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
