Executive Support Specialist

The role of an Executive Support Specialist at JOHN'S PAN PIZZA is a critical one, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to effectively support the executive team. Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, such as agendas and minutes
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Communication and Correspondence
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Compose and edit correspondence, such as letters and memos
- Report Preparation
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Special Projects
- Support special projects, such as event planning and budgeting
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: Anglais
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on location and experience.
