We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving world-class account management initiatives for our key retail partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, category management, and finance, to execute an omni-channel strategy and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional account management skills to maximize revenue and profit in line with company strategy
  • Manage day-to-day account management of assigned retail partners, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Work with internal stakeholders to lead promotional, marketing, and joint business plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Pitch, secure, and launch new products in line with company strategy, driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Negotiate programs and agreements for assigned accounts upon renewal, leveraging industry expertise and negotiation skills
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, highlighting areas for improvement and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with retailers and internal teams to analyze data sources, identify trends, and inform business decisions
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and report on performance, ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may impact business objectives

The successful candidate will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or a related discipline)
  • Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables required; 4+ years of account management experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
