Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
  • Arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements
To be successful as an Executive Support Specialist, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
