This role will involve calendar management, preparing executives for meetings, responding to emails and document requests, drafting documents, making travel arrangements, managing social media, and handling client packages.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

We estimate this role to pay around $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for senior executives
  • Aid executives in preparing for meetings and presentations
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and other documents for executives
  • Make travel arrangements and manage itineraries
  • Manage social media presence and create content
  • Prepare client packages and materials
  • Handle phone calls and emails from clients and executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
