Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials
- Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
