Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Call Center Guys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
