Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Call Center Guys.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workloads and ensure deadlines are met.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to maintain a high level of quality.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
