Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Call Center Guys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they meet our standards.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and access to information requests.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee office administrative procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
Work Environment:
- 1 to 2 people.
- Permanent full-time position.
- Working hours: 35 hours per week.
