Pizza Pizza is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise other workers
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
