Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team.
- Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answering calls, responding to messages, and directing inquiries to relevant personnel
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases
- Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a well-stocked workplace
- Performing data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports using various software applications
- Coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Developing and implementing effective procedures to improve workflow and productivity
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Criminal record check may be required
