We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at LJW Catering. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including coordinating the flow of information, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and supervising other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, managing training and development strategies, and maintaining digital databases.
  • Coordination and Planning: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, plan and control budget and expenditures, and plan and organize daily operations.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise other workers, train other workers, and determine and establish office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.
