Loyal Taxi Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, and coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls. You will also be responsible for performing data entry, training staff, and overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
