We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AnyDay Plumbing & Renos. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project coordination, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.
  • Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with accounting software.
