Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team at Paladin Technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the security solutions space.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales revenue goals, expand our current customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • They will work closely with our Operations, IT, and Engineering teams to drive penetration of integrated security systems and identify new business opportunities.
  • The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate CRM activities, opportunities, and forecasting, as well as follow up on all sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation of annual sales plans for approval and develop strategic approaches to increase sales in all company service offerings, including integrated security, networking/data cabling, and commercial audio-visual.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activities, opportunities, and forecasting, as well as follow up on all sales leads.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Progressive outside Sales experience in a technical sales environment, ideally from the integrated security, networking/data cabling, and/or commercial audio-visual industries.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, RTLS, nurse call, PA systems, fence detection, digital signage, corporate AV, or other related systems is preferred.
  • Experience selling into related sectors including gaming, healthcare, industrial construction, government, education, defense, utilities is considered an asset.
  • Experience with the following technologies is an asset: Access Control, CCTV (IP), Intrusion Systems, Client-Server security applications, MS SQL databases, Server and Storage Infrastructure.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset.

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
