We are currently hiring for a full time and part time Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join the Re-juvenation Cosmedical Injectables and laser team. Our team of Professional and Medical staff is always willing to assist in adding to the growth to our members.
- Patient Relations: Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease as they arrive for their appointments.
- Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings to ensure a smooth and organized flow of patients, making the best use of ourl team's time.
- Treatment Coordination: Educate patients about their treatment options, help them understand treatment plans, and assist with financial arrangements and insurance claims.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing patient records.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our dedicated team to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

**Position overview and responsibilities**:

- Manage social media platforms. Responsible for generating content.
- **Coachable, willing to learn and previous experience in sales, customer service is a must**:

- Ensure client forms have been completed prior to the appointment, collect payment, and schedule follow up visits
- Manages incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide information about the practice and to book in appointments
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy
- Be well informed about all treatments, policies, procedures, and skincare at
- Re-juvenation Cosmedical Injectables and Laser Clinic to educate clients
- Exudes a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced medical spa
- Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
- Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of the spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house
- Greeting clients as they enter the clinic, checking them in, collecting client information, and scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt communication delivery to the appropriate staff member
- Fulfill special projects as assigned and participate in all relevant training.
- Other various clerical duties as requested

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Preferred 1 years administrative experience at a medical spa, non surgical or plastic surgery clinic
- A self-starter, with a proven and concrete track record of excellent performance.
- **Experience and skills with social media networking (especially Tik Tok, SnapChat, Facebook)**:

- Sets an example of and promotes a high level of customer service with all employees and clients.
- Customer service and retail experience (required)
- Knowledge about skincare, medical aesthetics, injectables, and laser treatments (preferred)
- Motivated to help grow and be part of our practice
- Advanced proficiency with technology and must be computer literate
- Knowledge about practice management
- Ability to work with both clients and team members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced and busy environments
- Motivated to complete duties without being directed
- High school diploma required, associates or bachelors degree preferred
