Chief Administrative Officer

To maintain our position as the most awarded practice in Atlantic Canada, we require a highly skilled and experienced individual to ensure the continued delivery of exceptional service.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary to achieve our mission.
- Optimize business processes and workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify, implement, and manage technology platforms that support business transactions, client management, and marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies necessary to achieve KPIs and growth in reputation, including oversight of the website.
- Support the CEO with leading, managing, and/or mentoring the brokerage team, including brokers, administrative staff, and analysts.
- Support the CEO with ongoing deals, filing, contract preparation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
- High-level experience within the Tech Space to support growth in automations and training.
- Experience in the Real Estate and M&A industry is considered an asset.
- Experience in Commercial Finance will be given extra consideration.
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or similar executive role in companies of similar complexity and growth vision.
- Highly detailed in planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
