Aqua Master Halifax is looking to add a dedicated retail sales associate to our team. Aqua Master Halifax is a family-owned local business that specializes in pool and hot tub products and services with an emphasis on customer satisfaction through a quality customer experience. Growing our customer service team gives us opportunities to ensure our customers will receive the service they need and deserve. Our retail sales associate will be working on our front lines dealing with our customers in our store to support our business success.

Retail Sales Associate/ Office Administrator
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Knowledge of our products and services to support you with sales and customers questions
- Keeping organized records of customer sales, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and procedures
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keep storefront and product storage organized and clean to ensure a professional business environment

Book clients for service work - includes updating calander and billing clients when work is complete

Working with management to organize daily operations and procedures

Assisting in bookkeeping duties

Retail Sales Associate/ Office Administrator Requirements
- Ability to be organized and multitask
- A self-starter and a willingness to learn
- Comfortability working with computers
- Ability to stay calm when customers and stressed or upset and represent our business with professionalism

3-5 years of retail sales experience

1-2 years of office administration experience
- Availability Monday-Saturday

Work Remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
