Customer Service/administration Officer

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the office by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This will be a 6 month contract with the possibility of it developing into a permanent position
*Duties*
- Assist with invoicing, payables, reconciliation reports, receivables collections
- Answer office phones and direct calls to departments.
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Follow up with customers and clients on project/order information
- Track inventory and reorder supplies as necessary
- File and organize company information
- Other tasks as assigned by General Manager
Qualifications:
- High school Diploma with training or experience in accounting or office administration
- Read / Write / Speak English proficiently
- Excellent customer service skills and working with employees
- High attention to detail
- High level of organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools / Ability to learn
- Proficient with Computer / Networking
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
