Job Overview
Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator for a temporary contract in Laval. This role involves providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage visitors and office orders at the Distribution Center
- Update employee communications across all platforms, including screens, emails, and surveys
- Design, monitor, and maintain access cards, employee timekeeping badges, and schedule locker usage
- Track supplier invoicing

Requirements
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in secretarial studies or administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook), with SAP software skills a significant asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both French and English

Benefits and Salary
- Competitive hourly salary between $26-$28, totaling 40 hours per week from 9 am to 5 pm
