We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Laura-Jo Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, supervising other workers, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Supervise other workers
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
