Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
  • Document Management: Maintain a filing system, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare financial statements and reports, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
