Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
- Document Management: Maintain a filing system, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Financial Administration: Prepare financial statements and reports, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
