Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Legal Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining a filing system, and preparing minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and possess efficient interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
