Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court sessions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare minutes of meetings and court sessions, and review documents for compliance with legal procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing financial statements, reports, and correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reviewing and reconciling financial statements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
Work Conditions:

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position. The work language is English.
