Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Community Resources and Support Services (CRSS). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, preparing employment agreements, hiring, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for staff regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns. Manage employee relations by addressing issues and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Update and implement HR policies and procedures as required.
- Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. Support managers in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation structures and benefits administration. Ensure employee compensation is competitive and aligned with market standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR management role, preferably within the healthcare or social services sector.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and promote a positive workplace culture.
