Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced arts professional with a proven track record in leadership, fundraising, and program management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the GLAM sector and be passionate about promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational plans that align with the Gallery's vision, mission, and values.
  • Fundraising and Development: Cultivate relationships with donors, funders, and stakeholders to secure support for the Gallery's programs and initiatives.
  • Program Management: Oversee the development and implementation of exhibitions, learning programs, and public events that engage diverse communities.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with artists, community partners, and other key stakeholders to promote the Gallery's mission and values.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in arts administration, preferably in a public art gallery or cultural organization.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, program management, and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse constituencies.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
