About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Cultural Human Resources Council will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the organization, ensuring the achievement of its mission and vision. The CEO will work closely with the senior management team, staff, and Board of Directors to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, innovation, and excellence in the cultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inspirational leadership that reflects the organization's values and priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government, funders, and community partners.
  • Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and support senior management and staff in their roles and responsibilities.
