Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission by developing and managing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, payroll, and staff development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
