We are a leading organization in the industry, providing top-notch services to our clients. We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join our team.
Job OverviewThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Propose innovative solutions to methods, systems, and procedures to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's services and products.
- Plan and control budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing or sales sector.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Accurate and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
