What You'll Be Doing

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in monitoring and directing branch operations
  • Develop plans to improve branch performance, focusing on driving rental revenues and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure the rental fleet is always ready through efficient shop flow
  • Supervise mechanics to prioritize tasks and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule
  • Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees
  • Enforce and champion company safety policies at the branch level
  • Understand and enforce all company operating policies and procedures
  • Foster a customer service-oriented culture in branch operations
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to solve problems
  • Conduct monthly operating meetings

What You'll Bring to the Team

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the equipment rental/construction industry
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); Systematics an asset
  • Strong supervisory skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation
  • Pride in your work and ability to work independently
