We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and train staff.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Reliable transportation.
