Job Title: Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at ProPlus Tax & Bookkeeping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic security clearance
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
