Administrative Support Specialist

Are you looking for a role that combines administrative duties with digital management skills? As a Digital Administrator at Randstad Canada, you will contribute to the review and maintenance of Sun Life advisor workspaces within the approved digital presence management platform.
The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry. You should possess sound judgement, exceptional attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
In this hybrid role, you will review, compare, and update approved user hierarchy information for advisor workspaces, collaborate with internal and external business partners, and identify opportunities for enhancement to the overall hierarchy structure.
We offer an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. This is a 1-month contract position with potential for extension. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain professional experience and develop their skills in digital administration and management.
