Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at RGS Marketing INC. This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales volumes and personnel matters.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
