ONTARIO INC. is seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
- Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage our electronic scheduler and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry and provide customer service.
Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Stay up-to-date on the latest software and technology, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Requirements
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
Permanent position.
30 to 40 hours per week.
Fluency in English.
